The Magoffin County Coroner’s Office has declared the death of four-year-old Cameron Bryce Mullins a homicide.

Mullins died on December 23, at Cabell-Huntington Hospital in West Virginia, after being flown from Paul B. Hall a few days before his death.

The autopsy report listed the cause of death as “due to assault.”
