HONEST ABE: Students couldn't believe their eyes when a piece of history walked into the school. Our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln, visited North Magoffin Elementary and spoke to students about his vital role as a leader in preserving the Union during the Civil War and his role in beginning the process that led to the end of slavery in the United States.  This educational performance was sponsored by all Magoffin County Family Resource Centers.
