SALYERSVILLE — The annual Maroon & White Night is set to be held inside the Magoffin County High School Gym at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17.
Fans will be able to meet Magoffin County’s elementary, middle school and high school basketball teams during Maroon & White Night.
Concessions will be sold throughout the event.
Each Magoffin County High School basketball team opened preseason practice earlier in the month. Prior to taking the court for season openers, both Magoffin County teams will compete in scrimmages.
The Hornets are scheduled to visit Wolfe County for a season opener on Thursday, Nov. 30. Head coach Scott Castle guides the Hornets.
The Lady Hornets are slated to host Prestonsburg for a season opener on Tuesday, Nov. 28.
