Jackie Crace age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born April 12, 1939 in Elsie, Kentucky to the late Jim and Lottie Whitt Crace. He was the husband of Joann Robinette Crace, who survives.
Survivors also include two sons, Jack Brent Crace and Matthew George Crace both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Jennifer Carol (Jonathan) Connelley, and Natalie Ann Crace both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, James E. (Vicki) Crace of Toledo, Ohio, three sisters, Ella Jean (Curt) Arnett, and Barbara (Sidney) Arnett both of Wabash, Indiana, and Myrna (Charles) Clark of Cincinnati, Ohio, seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Jackie was a devoted member of the Big Lick Pentecostal Church.
In addition to his parents, Jackie is preceded in death by his twin sister, Janet Crace.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 am Sunday, July 30, 2017 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Demmie Marshall officiating. Burial followed in the Patrick Lovely Cemetery at Johnson Fork, Kentucky..
Military rites were given by the Salyersville DAV Chapter 15 the day of services.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
