You can shed tears because he is gone
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he left
Your heart can be empty because you cannot see him,
Or you can be full of the love that you shared
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live
yesterday,
Or you can be happy tomorrow because of yesterday
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you could cherish his memory and let it live on.
Love,

 Little White Pillow

The little white pillow
where mother laid her head,
will be forever in our memories,
as it still lies on her bed.
Although her body was slightly bent
From the rigors of past pain
And one could see the indention
from Mother’s bent frame.

But now she has gone to Heaven
to be with God forever more.
Now she is resting in comfort
beyond that blissful shore.
