He was born November 10, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Morris Wayne Arnett and Virginia Boggs Arnett who survives. Stephen is also survived by his wife Melinda Barnett Arnett and one sister Kimberly Cecil of Louisa, Kentucky. She was born July 6, 1918 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late James Howard Purcell and Nannie Flint Purcell.
