Dollie Rose McCarty Arnett, age 79, a resident of Falcon Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026, peacefully at home with family.
Born March 5, 1947 in Salyersville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Beecher Sr. and Gustava Carty McCarty. Husband, Arbie Arnett, son, Carson Arnett, sisters, Genine Patrick, Mary Risner, Burita Keeton, Darlene LeMaster, brothers, J.K. McCarty, Earl McCarty, Donald McCarty, Daniel McCarty, Roy McCarty, and Orville McCarty preceded in death.
Rose was a homemaker and pillar to her family and friends who depended so much on her. She loved attending family and friend functions.
Those left to mourn includes son, Gregory Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, sisters, Barbara Ledford of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Anita Prater of Salyersville, Kentucky, Jackie Montgomery of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, brother, Beecher McCarty Jr., three grandchildren, a host of family, friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Dollie Rose McCarty Arnett were conducted Saturday, April 18, 2026, from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Beecher McCarty Jr. and David Minix delivered comforting words on the day of service. Interment followed in the Beecher McCarty Family Cemetery on Stinson in Salyersville, Kentucky.
