Jeffrey Howard age 51 of Lick Creek Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at his home. He was born February 17, 1969 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Bazel Howard and Betty Ann Williams Howard who survivors. Survivors also include one brother, Hollie Ray Howard with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 29, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed and Darrell Ray Howard officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
