James Kenneth Howard age 60 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 27, 2020 at the Community Hospice Care in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born August 29, 1960 in Magoffin County to the late James Salyer and Janie Howard Salyer who survives. Survivors also include one son, Skyler Howard of Lexington, Kentucky, one brother, Tony Salyer of Salt Lick, Kentucky, two sisters, Bernice Jenkins of Pricey, Kentucky, Sabrina Salyer of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his father, James is preceded in death by one sister, Debra Harvey.
A private funeral service was conducted for immediate family on Monday, November 30, 2020 from the State Road Fork United Baptist Church with Wayne Meade, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Conley Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
