Avery Chase Page

Avery Chase Page infant son of Shelby Smith and Alan Page passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the Paintsville ARH in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born June 23, 2023 in Pikeville, Kentucky to Alan Chase Page and Shelby LeShae Watson Smith.

Survived by one brother, Liam Moton Scott Smith, one sister, Magonila Ruth Smith both of Salyersville, Kentucky, maternal grandparents, Russell, Jr. and Pamela Watson, paternal grandparents, Bobby Carl and Sharon Kaye Page, great grandparents, Mason and Vickie Gamble, cousins, Haley Wells, Felicity Page, Gage Collinsworth, Toni Collinsworth, Brayden Watson, Destiny Watson, Cayson Watson, Roselyn Mullins, Brody Bowling, Maddie Bowling, Kendrick Watson, with a host of aunts, uncles, family, and friends.

Avery Chase is preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Russell and Mary Ruth Watson.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 07, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Shawn Yates officiating. Burial followed in the Watson – Reed Cemetery at Elsie, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions made to the Magoffin County Funeral Home.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
