Barbara Janet Howard Bailey age 86 of West Liberty, formerly of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026 at the Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Grayson, Kentucky. She was born June 12,1939 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Girn and Aileen Howard.
Survivors include, two sons, Thomas Clay (Robin) May of Richmond, Kentucky, Paul Alexander (MaKayla) Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Pamela May (Jim) Arnett of West Liberty, Kentucky, four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bailey, Jr., her first husband, Raymond Scott May, one son, Raymond Scott May II, two sisters, Brenda Jo Risner and Beverly Jean Porter.
All services for Janet will be private.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
