Barbara Sue Hylton Watts age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, January 05, 2022 at Highlands ARH Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born August 06, 1943 in Sassafrass, Kentucky to the late Morris Underwood, Sr., and Cuba Marie Breeding Hylton.
Survived by two daughters, Deborah Lynn and husband Mark Scott, Lisa Marie and husband Williams Paul Perkins, two brothers, Morris Jr., and wife Marcia Hytlon, William “Bill” Clyde and wife Betty Hylton, three sisters, Reva Watts and husband Robert, Sharon and husband Russell McIntosh, Yvonne and husband Douglas Bentley, six grandchildren, J.D. Salisbury, Tiffany and husband Daniel Spears, Isaac Hayden and wife Tuwania Perkins, Crystal and husband Miles Flint Puckett, Bradford Ryan and fiancé’ Shonda Honeycutt, Paul Brandon and wife Tara Perkins, ten grandchildren, Aireca “Kelci” and Chloe Salisbury, Josten and Chase Arnett, Xavier and Logan Puckett, Carson and Parker Honeycutt, Caleb and Jordyn Blair.
In addition to her parents, Barbara Sue is preceded in death by her husband, Ollie James Watts, Jr., two sisters, Patricia Watts, and Linda Pridemore.
Barbara Sue was a Pastors wife, homemaker, and a faithful member of the Brushy Fork Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, January 09, 2022 at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Wireman and William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial followed in the Robert S. Cornett Cemetery at Sassafrass, Kentucky.
