Bessie Allen Wireman age 92 of Gunlock, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 19, 2022 at her home. She was born November 26, 1929 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Arbria “R.B.” and Alice “Dollie” England Hale Allen.
Survived by six daughters, Glenda (Kenneth) Fugate of Rousseau, Kentucky, Sharon (Robert) Holliday of Gunlock, Kentucky, Karon (Lonnie) Robinson of Allen, Kentucky, Judy (Gerald) Salyer of Puncheon, Kentucky, Brenda (Bud) Leach of Mascot, Tennessee, Anita Wireman of Middle Fork, Kentucky, one daughter-in-law, Bonnie Wireman, two sister-in-laws, Della Mae Owens Allen, Julie Marie Wireman, twelve grandchildren, Travis (Lisa) Holliday, Stuart (Sherry) Robinson, Toby Robinson, Kevin (Leslie) Robinson, Tandy (Chad) Kibbler, Brandy (Brandon Hamilton) Salyer, Shandy (Justin) Huff, Lauren (Andrew) Lewis, Megan (Davey) Lyons, Abby (Josh) Coffee, Jordan Leach, Nakia Leach, twenty-one great grandchildren, Cody Holliday, Madison Holliday, Clinton Turner, Leigh (Chadd) Daniels, Kendal Robinson, Lindsey Robinson, Daniel Lewis, Maci Lewis, Benjamin Lewis, Justin Allen, John Allen, Cole Hamilton, Kiley Kibbler, Karson Kibbler, Kable Huff, Lincoln Huff, Lexis Huff, Tristan Coffee, Connor Coffee, Naomi Lyons, and Shepherd Lyons.
In addition to her parents, Bessie is preceded in death by her husband, Ramey Wireman, one son, Herbert Wireman, son-in-law, Williams Larry Keith, two great grandchildren, Kalvary Huff, Kalvin Huff, and numerous siblings.
Special recognition to her caregivers, Jennette, Michelle, Belinda, Louise, Jessica, Tracy, Tina, Bridie, Dona, and Toni Gail.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, September 22, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Andrew Fletcher officiating. Burial followed in the Ramey Wireman Cemetery at Gunlock, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
