Buck Joseph age 93 of Spruce Pine Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026 at his home. He was born March 29, 1932 at Half Mountain, Kentucky to the late Hager and Mamie Arnett Joseph.
Survived by his wife, Ressie “Polly” Wisecup Joseph, one son, Jackie (Janice) Joseph of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, two daughters, Janet Joseph Patrick, Luicille Joseph (Bobby) Minix both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two step-daughters, Patricia Arnett, Matilda Arnett both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Kenneth Joseph of Ohio, seven grandchildren, Rebecca Joseph, Danielle (Ronnie) Mayhan, Jessica (Terry) Francis, Eric Joseph, Justin (Hana) Patrick, David Joseph, Jaclyn Nicole Joseph, four step-grandchildren, Perry Arnett, Gregory Trusty, Shawna Trusty Arnett, Tara Arnett Fletcher, and several great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Buck is preceded in death by his first wife, Sue Miller Joseph, one son, Danny Joseph, one granddaughter, Heather Patrick Rowe, one grandson, Danny Buck Joseph, son-in-law, Jimmy Patrick, daughter-in-law, Redia McCarty Joseph, two brothers, Farris Joseph, Homer Joseph, and one sister, Lucille Joseph Henderson.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 22, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ricky Sallie officiating. Burial followed in the Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
