Callie Smith “Bubby” Stephens age 55 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025 at the Paintsville ARH in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born October 17, 1969 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Callie and Juanita Perkins Stephens.
Survived by three daughters, Lacy (Chase) Russell, Alexandria Stephens, Abby (Cody) Stephens all Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Brenda (Phillip) Russell of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Harold Pennington of West Liberty, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Owen Russell, Grey Russell, and Clara Stephens.
In addition to his parents, Bubby is preceded in death by his wife, Deadra Hensley Stephens, two brothers, Kenneth Stephens, and David Stephens.
Bubby was a pipefitter by trade and a member of the Salyersville Freewill Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, April 09, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Joe Harmon officiating. Burial followed in the Highlands Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
