Carl Douglas Perkins age 63 of Centerville, Missouri formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his home. He was born April 20, 1957 in Conley, Kentucky to the late Warrick and Pauline Prater Perkins.
Survivors include his companion, Shirley York, one son, Josh (Rebecca Branham) Lemaster of Lexington, Kentucky, three brothers, William Paul (Lisa) Perkins, Gregory L.(Deloris) Perkins, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, Billy Ray (Christine) Perkins of Westville, Ohio, two sisters, Janet Faye (Steve) Adkins of Tipp City, Ohio, Rebecca Jane (Mario) Morales of Hamilton, Ohio, two grandchildren, Riley Branham, Conner Branham, with a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Carl is preceded in death by four brothers, Burllie C. Perkins, George F. Perkins, Warrick Thomas Perkins, Steve Allen Perkins, three sisters, Mildred Conley, Ruby Smith, and Norma Jean Perkins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 22, 2021 from the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Warrick-Perkins Cemetery at Rockhouse Fork. Friends may visit the church after 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 20, 2021, all day on Thursday and any time prior to funeral services.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing are required.
