Carl “Slim” Morgan Jr., age 71, a resident of Old Lick Creek Road in Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at his home with his family.
Junior was born May 3, 1954, in Stockbridge, Michigan the son of Reva Mae Marshall and the late Carl Morgan Sr. Also preceding in death is stepfather, Paul Marshall, sisters, Paula Minix, Janet Marshall, and brother, Dutch Morgan.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends while being in the outdoors.
Those left to mourn mother, Reva Mae Marshall of Salyersville, Kentucky, sisters, Gail Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky, Carol Conley of Staffordsville, Kentucky, special niece, Samantha Perkins of Salyersville, special nephew Ryan Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who love and miss him.
Funeral services for Carl “Slim” Morgan Jr. will be conducted Friday, March 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Jonathan Arnett will deliver comforting words on the day of service. The family will welcome friends Thursday, March 5, 2026, after 6:00 PM and any time prior to funeral services.
