Cecil Gail Rudd age 83 of Mash Fork Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at his home. He was born February 26, 1939 in Royalton, Kentucky to the late James Earl and Ethel Mae Pinks Rudd.
Survived by two sons, William Matthew Goble of Salt Lick, Kentucky, Timothy Neal (Lori) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Jennifer Rudd of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Noah Rudd of Cleveland, Tennessee, Delbert Rudd of Leslie, Michigan, four sisters, Ruth Ann O’Conner of Lancing, Michigan, Abigail Richmond of Stockbridge, Michigan, Gaynell Hamilton of Leslie, Michigan, Pansy Gransden of Stockbridge, Michigan, four grandchildren, Ryan Matthew Goble, Michaela Grace Scott, Ella Kate Howard, Lincoln Neal Howard, and one great grandchild, Rawlings Matthew Goble.
In addition to his parents Cecil is preceded in death by his wife, Angelia Diana Prater Rudd, one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Rudd, five brothers, Lester Rudd, Charles Rudd, Earl Junior Rudd, Edward Rudd, James Melvin Rudd, six sisters, Christine Rudd Kent, Ethel Morene Trusty, Carol Jean Adams, Minnie Neil Rudd, Suedell Tingley, and Geraldine Dyer.
Cecil was an electrician by trade and a dedicated member of the First Community Baptist Church.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, October 01, 2022 from the First Community Baptist Church with Lindsey Meade officiating. Burial followed in the Conley Cemetery, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
