Clyde Jackson age 82 of Lacey Creek Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at the the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was born November 19, 1941 at Oakley, Kentucky, to the late John and Ida Salyers Jackson.
Survived by three daughters, Jenny (Randall) Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Theda (Lee Halcomb) Slone of Hazard, Kentucky, Rhonda Jackson of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Clifford Jackson, Michael Jackson both of Salyersville, Kentucky, and one grandson, Leland Ousley.
In addition to his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by his wife, Lenora Jackson, one son, Gary Jackson, one daughter, Dora Jackson, three brothers, Claude Jackson, Jack Jackson, James Jackson, two sisters, Wanda Allen Jackson, and Rella Mae Pittman.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 28, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ronald Thacker officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson Cemetery at Oakley, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
