Cody Lee Pack age 32 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 05, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born September 27, 1990 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Dwayne Pack and Aggie Bradley Spradlin.
Survived by his parents, his wife, Tracey Perkins Pack, two sons, Cody Axel Pack, Austin Pack, three daughters, Payton Pack, Rikka Pack, Kelsie all of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Teddy Spradlin of Tennessee, three sisters, Bobbi Lynn Stephens, Brandi Taulbee both of Lexington, Kentucky, and Leeza Francis of Salyersville, Kentucky.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, July 09, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Kenny Bailey officiating. Burial followed in the Bradley Cemetery at Meadows Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
