Connie Lou (Scott) Brookshire, 69 died March 8, 2024. She was born January 28th, 1955 in Salyersville, KY to Alonzo and Marilyn Sue (Brown) Scott. Connie was the owner and operator of AA Custom Carpet Cleaning for years, then went into Sales and Interior Design.
Connie had a zest for life, was a great cook, enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her family. Connie was preceded in death by her father Alonzo Scott and her Sister Terry J. Scott.
She is survived by her husband, Charles J. Brookshire of 40 years. Her son, Matthew Dane Brookshire who she adored and loved. Her Mother Marilyn Sue Scott, three sisters Marcia Shackelton, Debbie MacGibbon, and Angie Latimer. Two brothers Mark Scott and Wade Scott as well as several nieces and nephews.
Connie will truly be missed by all who knew her. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
