Deborah Ann Horne Bellow Stacy age 68 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 at the Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa, Kentucky. She was born February 08, 1957 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Eugene and Ann Arnett Horne.
Survived by her husband, Jack Davis Stacy, one daughter, Sherri (James) Russell of Salyersville, Kentucky, two step-daughters, Abigayle Diane Stacy of Salyersville, Kentucky, Gwen Raelynn (Anthony) Grigsby, of Hazard, Kentucky, one step-son, Timothy Davis Stacy of West Virginia, one sister, Gena Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, two grandsons, Hunter (Charlie) Russell, Mason Russell, three step-grandchildren, Brooklynn, Autumn, Reagan, Katelyn, one great-grandchild, Baylor Russell, three step-great-grandchildren, Emersyn, Easton, and Liberty.
In addition to her parents, Deborah is preceded in death by one son, Coby Allen Bellow, and one brother, Jack Horne.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 24, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Vince Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home any time prior to funeral services.
