Debra Lynn Kennard age 70 of Royalton, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Paintsville ARH, Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born November 24, 1954 at Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Darus and Ruby Fetcher May.
Survived by one son, Robbie Kennard of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Darus Mitchell May of Salyersville, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Shane (Lakyn) Kennard and Alyssa (Colby) Blanton both of Salyersville, Kentucky, four great grandchildren, Lucas, Tatum, Adley, and Bailey.
In addition to her parents, Debra is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Bailey, three brothers, Robert May, Jack May, infant brother, two sisters, Linda Patton and Bonita May.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with David Minix officiating. Burial followed in the Bal Whit Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
