Donna Allen age 68 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born September 18, 1952 in Martin, Kentucky to the late Delmas Brown and Ella Mae Blanton.
Survivors include two sons, Chris Brown of Louisville, Kentucky, Grover Jason Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Brenda Brown of Georgia, four grandson, Christopher Brown, Jason Tyler “JT” Allen, Grover Joshua Allen, and Dakota Burchett.
In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her husband, Grover Allen, Jr.
Donna was a dedicated employee of the Salyersville Nursing and Rehab Center for thirty-one years, she will be sadly missed by her residents and co-workers.
Funeral service were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 1, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Minix officiating. Burial followed in the Grover Allen Cemetery at Trace Fork, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
