Dorala Arnett Barnett age 81 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the Paintsville ARH in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born November 02, 1943 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to late Harold and Montie Arnett.
Survived by one daughter, Twila (Phillip) Blanton of Salyersville, Kentucky, two grandsons, Connor Blanton and Mason Howes both of Salyersville, Kentucky, a special niece, Tammy Hardin, with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Dorala is preceded in death by her husband, Homer Barnett, one daughter, Sonja Barnett Howes, one brother, J.B. Williams, and one sister, Nona Walters.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, September 09, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Floyd Arnett officiating. Burial followed in the Barnett Family Cemetery at Down and Around, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
