At 9:09 a.m. Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, the North Magoffin Fire Department was dispatched by Magoffin Co. 911 to a structure fire. First-arriving units found a manufactured home with flames coming from the roof in the middle of the structure. Firefighters worked to get the fire under control. Unfortunately, the home was a total loss. The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time and is under investigation by the North Magoffin Fire Department, Magoffin Co. Sheriff’s Office, and the Kentucky State Fire Marshal’s Office. Three engines and seven firefighters responded.
