Fredda Gene Holbrook age 83 of Lakeville Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at her home. She was born March 04, 1937 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Patrick and June Patrick Holbrook. She is survived by her special caregivers, Louie Powers and Sherry Powers.
In addition to her parents, Freddie Gene is preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Martin Holbrook, special caregivers and family, Georgan Patrick, Julie and Ishmael Patrick, Malta Patrick and Lerlean Powers.
Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 28, 2021 from the Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky with Paul Hiner officiating. Burial will immediately follow.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing are required.
