Harlan B. Mullins

Harlan B. Mullins age 89 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 02, 2025 at the Huntington Nursing and Rehab Center in Huntington, West Virginia. He was born April 26, 1936 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Jasper and Eva Hale Mullins.

Survived by two sons, Ronnie Mullins, Ricky (Kimberly) Mullins both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Janetta Estes of Dayton, Ohio, Patricia (Frank) Wireman of Salyersville, Kentucky, six brothers, Ray Mullins of LaPorte, Indiana, Dirl Mullins of Salyersville, Kentucky, Danny Mullins of Jackson, Kentucky, James Mullins, Larry Mullins, Roger Mullins all of Salyersville, Kentucky, four sisters, Cleda Mae Lawson, Annie Conn both of LaPorte, Indiana, Juanita Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Vickie Linkes of Paintsville, Kentucky, fourteen grandchildren, Renee Jackson, Mandria Romig, Jeremy Estes, Caitlin Mullins Hall, Christopher Mullins, Danielle Bailey, Breanna Bailey, Summer Perkins, Shawna Mullins, Natalie Mullins, Peyton Carty, Kaleb Kile, Samuel Kile, Parker Kile, and sixteen great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, B is preceded in death by his wife, Nora Bailey Mullins, two brothers, Ronald Mullins, Garland Mullins, three sisters, Ellarie Collins, Wanda Lee “Von” Bailey, and Emma Jean Prater.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, July 06, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Neil Carty officiating. Burial followed in the Green Carpenter Cemetery at Swampton, Kentucky.

Military Rites were given by the Salyersville D.A.V. Chapter 15 the day of services.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
