Harvey Puckett age 82 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, December 02, 2020 at the Norton Health Care Center in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born August 3, 1938 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Ben and Mae Porter Puckett. Survivors include, three sons, Terry Puckett of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Harvey Franklin Puckett, Clifford Dean Puckett, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, three daughters, Tonya Mullins of Wittensville, Kentucky, Teresa Lafferty of Floyd County, Kentucky, Penny Kilgore of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Peggy Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Harvey is preceded in death by wives, Claudine Blanton Puckett, Diana White Puckett, and one sister, Martha Lou Combs.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
