Hazel Williams Adams age 82 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 09, 2023 at the Riverview Health and Rehab Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born August 22, 1940 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Beverly and Cassie Risner Williams.
Survived by five brothers, Chalmer (Hope) Williams of Jackson, Michigan, Ellis Williams, Addis (Peggy) Williams, Earnest (Wanda) Williams, Russell (Debbie) Williams all of Salyersville, Kentucky, three sisters, Zeldie Risner, Wanda Prater, Gladys (Chandler) Allen all of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, Orville Adams, two brothers, Clarence Williams, Shermie Williams, two sisters, Pearlie Hackworth, and Evelee Kilgore.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, August 12, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Delbert Porter and Rex Williams officiating. Burial followed in the Williams Family Cemetery at Puncheon, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
