Holly Collins age 66 of Grayson, Kentucky formerly of Salyersville, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Carter County, Kentucky. She was born December 30, 1957 in West Liberty, Kentucky to the late David and Dahlia Mae Collins.
Survived by two brothers, Vernon (Sondra) Collins of Surprise, Arizona, Dave P. (Janet) Collins of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, three sisters, Hope (Chalmer) Williams of Litchfield, Michigan, Darla (Michael) Holiday of Gunlock, Kentucky, Denise Collins of Salyersville, Kentucky, with host of family and friends who loved her dearly.
In addition to her parents, Holly is preceded in death by three brothers, Van Collins, Guy Collins, Anthony Collins, and one sister, Pamela G. Warren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, September 14, 2024 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Robert May officiating. Burial was held in the Lewis Collins Cemetery at Half Mountain in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
