SALYERSVILLE – A Magoffin County grand jury released the following indictment on Thursday, November 3, 2022:
Anthony Troy Garcia, Jr., 25, of Sugar Camp Spur, in Salyersville, was charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment (Class D felonies). According to the indictment, on or about February 18, 2022, Garcia allegedly engaged in conduct that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to three other people.
A warrant for his arrest was issued at the time the indictment was released.
At press time, no court date has been scheduled in the case and no other information is known about the alleged incident.
