James Michael Lewis age 53 of West Liberty, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the Morgan County ARH in West Liberty, Kentucky. He was born May 13, 1972 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Jimmy Dale and Shirley Fay Collins Lewis.
Survived by his wife, Alicia Lynn Reed Lewis, two daughters, Haley Brook Lewis of Salyersville, Kentucky, Lindzie Breann (Steve) Hensley of West Liberty, Kentucky, one sister, Cheryl Lynn (Brian) Phillips of West Liberty, Kentucky, one granddaughter, Harper Blaire Lewis.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 28, 2025 from the White Oak Church of God at 6101 Grape Creek Road, Salyersville, Kentucky 41465 with Brad Standifer officiating. Burial followed in the Reed Cemetery at White Oak, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Saturday, July 26, 2025 after 2:00 P.M. all day Sunday, July 27, 2025 and any time prior to funeral services.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
