Janet Faye Perkins Adkins age 62 of Tipp City, Ohio formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026 at the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was born December 15, 1963 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Worick and Pauline Prater Perkins.
Survived by her husband, Steven Adkins, two sons, Jamie Neal of Xenia, Ohio, Steven Adkins of Versailles, Kentucky, one daughter, Amanda Garber of Tipp City, Ohio, three brothers, William Paul Perkins, Greg Perkins both of Salyersville, Kentucky, Billy Perkins of Urbana, Ohio, one sister, Rebecca Kelly of Middletown, Ohio, seven grandchildren, Cloey Neal, Paisley Neal, Jaxton, Neal, Brynlee Neal, Simmon Adkins, Anna Adkins, and Claire Adkins.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by five brothers, Burlie Perkins, Thomas Perkins, George Perkins, Carl D. Perkins, Steven Allen Perkins, three sisters, Norma Jean Perkins, Mildred Conley, and Ruby Smith.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, March 22, 2026 from the New Life Worship Center with Jamie Cole officiating. Burial will follow in the Perkins Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Friday, March 20, 2026 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M., Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services on Sunday.
