Janet Sue Howard Fletcher age 83 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at the Mountain Manor Nursing Home in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born September 14, 1942 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the Silas and Flossie May Howard.
Survived one son, Emerson Davis of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and one daughter, Mary Sue Davis of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, Janet is preceded in death by one infant daughter.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed officiating. Burial followed in the Mouth of Coon Creek Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
