Jeri Joyelle DeLong age 48 of Lexington, Kentucky formerly of Johnson County, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025 in Lexington, Kentucky. Jeri was born August 9, 1976 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Gerald and Helen (McKenzie) DeLong.
Jeri is survived by one daughter; McKayla (Austin) Rhodes of Shelbyville, Kentucky, two sons; Jesse Logan Craft-Plava of Richmond, Texas and Caleb Michael Justice of Sevierville, Tennessee, two sisters; Beverly (John) DeLong-McGuire of Versailles, Kentucky and Barbara (George) DeLong Plava of Richmond, Texas, one nephew; Tyler (Holly) LeMaster, three great nieces; Reagan, Sadie and Ava and her precious Shitzu, Cooper.
There will be a private service conducted for Jeri Joyelle DeLong on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Zach Collins officiating. Burial will follow at the Lakeview Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that contributions please be made to The Hope Center of Lexington, Kentucky in honor of Jeri Joyelle DeLong.
