Jerry Kyle Arnett age 83 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025 at the U.K. Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. He was born September 11, 1942 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Henry N. and Tressie E. Patrick Arnett.
Survived by one daughter, Rhonda Jean Smith of Cincinnati, Ohio, and one son, Jerry Len Arnett of Lexington, South Carolina, two sisters, Rita Sue Hickey of Jackson, Kentucky, Vida Jean Hudlow of Kennesaw, Georgia, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
In addition to his parents, Jerry is preceded in death by four brothers, James Edward Arnett, Wade Harris Arnett, Garland Arnett, Patrick Arnett, and three sisters, Ora Lee Minix, Lelia A. Stephens, and Anna Louise Horne.
A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers family has requested donations made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
