Joan Puckett, age 84, a resident of Mill Branch Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at the home of Anthony and Melissa Arnett, after a lengthy sickness.
Joan was born April 12, 1937 in Crown Point, Indiana. The daughter of the late Elmer and Jean White. Husband, Charles Puckett, whom she married February 27, 1954, Daughters, Edith Lykins and Teresa “Teddy” Gail, Siblings, Wilber White, Emma Horne, Helen Brunton, Kenneth White, Bonnie McDaniel, and Russell White also preceded in death.
Joan was a homemaker, as well as a home health aide. She was also a business owner. She was a member of New Bethel Assembly of God, on Burning Fork Road in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Those left to mourn includes Son, Charles Puckett and wife Anita of Salyersville, Kentucky, Daughters, Connie Puckett of Salyersville, Kentucky, Melissa Arnett and husband Anthony of Salyersville, Kentucky, Brother Ray White and wife Nadine of Arkansas, and a host of grandchildren, family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Joan Puckett were conducted Monday, February 7, 2022 from the Chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Charles Puckett and Phillip Puckett delivered comforting words on the day of service. Interment followed in the Earl May Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
