Joyce Ann Hall Norton age 65 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at her home. She was born April 10, 1959 in Pikeville, Kentucky to the late Ermel and Laura Pope Hall.
Survived by three daughters, Tina (Don) Rubincan, Brooke (Billy) Raines both of Pikeville, Kentucky, Leigh Ann (Marty) Gamble of Salyersville, Kentucky, special son, Watson (Marina) Ritchie of Richmond, Kentucky, one brother, Gary (Debbie) Hall of Pikeville, Kentucky, two sisters, Janice (Frank) Johnson, Judy King both of Pikeville, Kentucky, ten grandchildren, Kevin Gamble, Courtney (Josh) Prater, Joshua (Kelli) Martin, Jacob (Elizabeth) Bonn, McKayla (Caleb) Fleming, Jarrod (Rachael) Hensley, Alex Arnett, Jasmine (Joshua) Hall, Jonathan Hensley, Maddie Scarberry, six great-grandchildren, Landon, Braydon, Lucas, Eliana, Callie, Emma, Layla Mae, special mother-in-law, Tennessee Elswick, and a very special fur baby, Jolene.
In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by one son-in-law, Rodney Scarberry, one grandson, Jaxson Scarberry, three brothers, Danny Hall, Ronnie Hall, Earl Hall, and a special niece, Misty Ritchie.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, November 16, 2024 from the Faith Freewill Baptist Church with Gary Hall and Dennis Marshall officiating. Burial followed in the Gamble Cemetery at Painters Lick, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
