Salyersville Grade School Kindergarten Registration
Now until the end of March
If your child turns 5 on/before August 1st your child is eligible to go to kindergarten. It all Begins with Kindergarten!!
Things you will need to register:
Certified Birth Certificate, Valid Immunization Record, and Social Security Card. Before school starts the student must have an updated physical exam, dental exam, and vision exam.

South Magoffin Elementary Kindergarten Registration
March 23 – 27
South Magoffin Elementary will be having Kindergarten Registration for the 2020-2021 school year on March 23rd-27th from 8:00-3:00. If your child will be 5 years old on or before August 1, he/she is eligible to register for kindergarten.
If your child is currently in head start and will be entering kindergarten in the 2020-2021 school year, you will still need to stop by the school office to register your child for kindergarten.
For registration parents will need to bring: the child’s birth certificate, social security card, and immunization certificate. Before students begin kindergarten, they are required to have a physical, an eye exam and a dental exam. These forms may be picked up during registration. If you have any questions call 884-7325.
North Magoffin Elementary Kindergarten Registration
March 23 – 27
If your child turns 5 on or before Aug. 1st they are eligible to register!
What they need:
School physical-before school begins
Immunization Certificate (Shot Record)-
before school begins
Eye Exam- by January 1st
Dental Exam- by January 1st
Birth Certificate- within 30 days from beginning of school
Copy of Social Security Card
