JACKSON, Ky. – Drivers who use KY 1081 (Mine Fork) in Magoffin County will need to find an alternate route beginning Wednesday, June 9. The road will be closed indefinitely to repair a break. The project location is at milepoint 17.75, approximately 0.5 miles from the KY 40 intersection.
No completion date has yet been determined for the project. Drivers will need to find alternate routes around the closure until the road is reopened.
No marked detour will be posted. Drivers can use KY 40 and KY 1437 as an alternate route.
