La Dale Vance Stephens age 74 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. La Dale was born September 13, 1949 in Mann, West Virginia where she was raised by her Poppy and Mommy Floyd Shannon and Minnie Gore who proceeds her in death. Also preceding her in death is her husband Corbet Stephens.
Survivors include two sons; Marcus Shannon and his wife Rebecca Stephens of Salyersville, Kentucky, David and his wife Tammy Webb of Norwalk, Ohio, four daughters; Susan Stephens of Salyersville, Kentucky, Natalie Hudson Risner, Amanda Henry and Nichole Prater and six grandchildren; Lance Stephens, Lynzie Stephens, Cassidy Stephens, Noel Roeder, Becca Lesh and Emily Webb.
Burial will be at the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery at Staffordsville, Kentucky. All services are private per family’s request.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
