Lisa Davis, a resident of Willow Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Friday, March 20, 2026, at her home.
Born September 4, 1960, on May Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky the daughter of the late William Mason and Mildred “Prudell” Caudill Lykins.
Lisa obtained her LPN Degree and practiced nursing until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Those left to mourn includes husband, Elmer Davis of Salyersville, Kentucky; daughter, Stephanie Stapleton and husband Paul of Paintsville, Kentucky, son, Darren Keith Davis of Salyersville, Kentucky, sisters, Linda Nelson and husband Glen of LaFollette, Tennessee, Teresa Gullett and husband Frank of Salyersville, Kentucky, Anita Ross and husband Charles of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother Dwayne Lykins and wife Shannon of Ezel, Kentucky, five grandchildren, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Lisa Davis were conducted Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Joe Carroll and John Blanton delivered comforting words on the day of service. Interment followed in the Earl May Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
