Lois Jean Porter Robertson age 74 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at her home. She was born December 14, 1949 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Hasten ad Greedice Williams Porter.
Survived by her husband, John William Robertson, three daughters, Annjeannett (Jeff) Jenkins, Heather (Steven) Helton, Mari Ellyn (Damon) Howard all of Salyersville, Kentucky, three brothers, Ted Porter of Georgetown, Kentucky, Eddie Porter, Jimmy Porter both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Shirley Powers of Ohio, Maudie Laramie of Michigan, six grandchildren, Natalie Jenkins, Jacob Helton, Kelcie Jenkins, Kori Helton, Gavin Howard, and Mallory Howard.
In addition to her parents, Lois is preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Porter, Ray Porter, three sisters, Faye Bergin, Betty Moody, and her twin, Joyce Denniston.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, July 29, 2024 from the Salyersville First Baptist Church with Ben Martin officiating. Burial followed in the Bluegrass Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
