The Magoffin County Special Olympics Team competed in the area meet, held at Johnson Central High School, over the weekend, with Magoffin County athletes winning plenty of ribbons!
2-1st place 50 meter dash and ball throw Ryan Salyer
2 – 2nd place ball throw and 50 meter dash Autumn Allen
1-2nd place 100 meter dash Hunter Spradlin
Paul Montgomery, who helped start the county team, said, “These athletes racked up the ribbons today and they had a blast! There is no possible way I could be more proud of all of them!”
