Mary Ellen Owens Williams Harper age 92 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Mary was born April 9, 1933 at Waldo, Kentucky to the late; Warnie and Susan Wireman Owens.
Survivors include; one son, Gary Ray Williams of Lexington, Kentucky, one brother; Virgil Owens of Eckford, Michigan, one sister; Della Mae Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren also survives.
In addition to Mary’s parents she is preceded in death by her first husband; William Robert Williams, 2nd husband; Jeff Harper, one son; Terry Lee Williams, one sister; Regina Wireman, six brothers; Noah Owens, Weldon Owens, Dyrs Owens, Seldon Owens, John Bud Owens and Sam Daniel Owens.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, January 18, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with JR Owens officiating. Friends may visit the Magoffin County Funeral Home from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2026 and anytime Sunday prior to funeral services.
