Maxcine “Boo Boo” Carty age 74 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at the Salyersville Nursing and Rehab Center in Salyersville, Kentucky. She was born April 23, 1948 in Salyersville, Kentucky, to the late Chester and Helen Carpenter Carty.
Survived by two brothers, Lester Carty of Frenchburg, Kentucky, Adron (Teresa) Carty of Paris, Kentucky, one sister, Ilene Carty of Salyersville, Kentucky, with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In addition to her parents, six brothers, Gus Carty, Wayne Carty, James Carty, J.D. Carty, Charles D. Carty, Dona Carty, two half brothers, Darrell Ray Carty, Dealis Arnett, two sisters, Anna Mae Yarber and Imogene Carty.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 03, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Minix and Ricky Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery Cemetery at Craft Creek, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home any time prior to funeral services.
