Melanie June Jackson, age 46, a resident of Long Street in Flatwoods, Kentucky; passed away Friday, May 17, 2024 at her home.
Born May 1, 1978 at Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky the daughter of Bonnie Jean Rowe and the late Roland Jackson Jr.. Husband, Matthew Crisp, and sister, Tammy Sue Fisher also preceded in death.
Melanie was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends as often as she could.
Those left to mourn includes mother, Bonnie Jean Rowe of Flatwoods, Kentucky, daughters, Randi Jackson Hicks of Ashland, Kentucky, Melody Reann Jackson Hicks of Ashland, Kentucky, son, Matthew Wayne Jackson of Ashland, Kentucky, sister, Sherry Lynn Gipson of Flatwoods, Kentucky, eight grandchildren, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
A graveside service for Melanie June Jackson was conducted Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from the Rowe Family Cemetery in Oakley, Kentucky. Contributions can be made to the Melanie June Jackson memorial fund at the funeral home.
