Mollie Fletcher Combs, age 72, a resident of Little Road in Royalton, Kentucky; passed away Monday, July 19, 2021, at her home after a lengthy illness.
Mollie was born June 14, 1949, in Salyersville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Salyer Fletcher.
Husband, Jonas Combs, brothers, Dallas Fletcher, Jimmy Fletcher, Norman Fletcher, Buford Fletcher, sisters, Ruby May, Elsie Arnett, Beverly Fletcher, Ethel Lawrence, Teresa Whitaker, Mandy Love, and Barbara Smith also preceded in death.
Mollie was a devoted member of her family and small community. She loved spending time with them all.
Those left to mourn includes son, Stephen Ray Combs and wife April of Royalton, Kentucky; daughters, Kimberly Combs of Lexington, Kentucky, Buffy Combs of Royalton, Kentucky, brother, Rick Fletcher, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Mollie Combs will be conducted Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 1:00 PM from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Price Porter will deliver comforting words on the day of service. Interment will follow in the Cole & Fletcher Cemetery on Gun Greek in Royalton, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends any time prior to funeral services.
