Myrtle Bolen Howard age 83 of Bloomington Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at her home. She was born June 24, 1938 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Clifton and Marie Casebolt Bolen.
Survived by her husband, Luster Howard, three sons, Mason (Loretta) Howard, Billy Joe (Della) Howard, Stanley (Angela) Howard, all of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Clifford Ray Bolen, Larry Wood Bolen, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, three sisters, Carolyn Williams of West Liberty, Kentucky, Ann Mae Green, Sandy Russell, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Crystal (Shannon) O’Neal, Kimberly Howard, Debra Jo (Jeffrey) Helton, and Andrew Howard.
In addition to her parents, Myrtle is preceded in death by one brother, John Grover Bolen, two sisters, Gladys Bolen, and Lucille Green.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 03, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Jeffrey Helton and Gary Bolen officiating. Burial followed in the Patrick – Risner Cemetery, Bloomington, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
